What are workforce Incentives?

The Alabama STEM Council is offering funding to support innovative STEM programs that expand career exploration, foster leadership, and promote hands-on, invention-based learning. Programs should strengthen community and industry partnerships, broaden access to STEM opportunities, and include measurable outcomes to assess impact.

Funded initiatives will be tailored to meet regional workforce needs and must include defined goals, a detailed implementation strategy, a one-time setup budget (up to $50,000), and a plan for community engagement. Final reporting will document activities, outcomes, and key learnings.
